Leafwell’s Essential plan costs $9.99 per month if billed monthly, or $99.99 per year if billed annually. With this plan, Leafwell Members save 50% on telehealth consultations, equivalent to $50 in savings per consult. Without this discount, the consults are priced at $100.
Leafwell’s Premium plan costs $19.99 per month if billed monthly, or $199 per year if billed annually, and includes three free telehealth consultations — a $300 value.
Both plans earn you up to 30% off all your purchases at Blue Oak and 50% off your medical card. In New Jersey, a doctor’s appointment for a medical card certification is $99, so with your 50% discount, this price becomes $49.50.
