When can I place an order?

Is there a fee to get cannabis delivery?
Delivery is free for orders of $100+. Orders of $99.99 and under cost $10 to deliver.
What happens if I don't have my ID at the time of delivery?
A delivery can’t be made without a valid government issued photo ID. The driver needs to confirm that the person who receives the delivery is 21+.
What ID can I show to my cannabis delivery driver?
You can show your cannabis delivery driver your driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued photo ID proving that you’re at least 21 years old. Your driver’s license can be from any state, and your passport can be from any country.
How do I place and track my order?
You can place your delivery order through Blue Oak’s website. You’ll be able to select which of two delivery windows work for you (12 noon – 2 p.m. or 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.), and you can usually get your delivery in as little as one hour.
To verify that you’re at least 21 years old, you’ll need to enter your date of birth when you place your order.
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email and text confirmation as well as a call from a Blue Oak staff member to confirm your order details. You’ll also receive an email and text message once your order leaves Blue Oak AND when your goods are almost to your destination. The minimum order amount for delivery is $50.
What forms of payment do you accept for delivery?
We take Aeropay for delivery orders. An Aeropay account is required for all delivery orders; if you don’t already have an Aeropay account, you can create one before checking out. Payment must be made at the time of ordering, as delivery drivers do not accept any form of payment.

Can I cancel my delivery order after it's placed?
Yes. You can cancel your delivery as long as your order has not left Blue Oak. You will be notified via email and text message once y driver has picked up your order from Blue Oak. Once your order has left Blue Oak, it cannot be canceled.

What happens if I'm not home or available when the driver arrives?
No worries! As long as someone 21+ is and can show a valid government issued photo ID to the driver, we can make the delivery. If no one of age is available to receive the delivery, please call Blue Oak at 973-893-8111 to reschedule it.
